PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 4 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a shipping number will be provided to the customer via email.

CANCELLATIONS
After an order has been submitted and/or paid, processing begins and the order can no longer be canceled. If there are any questions, please contact us (harpbaits@gmail.com).

RETURNS
All sales are final, and returns are not accepted. If your purchased merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please contact us (harpbaits@gmail.com) in order to receive a replacement product or online store credit.

DELAYED ORDERS
In the case of delayed processing time (4 days), customers will receive a 15% coupon for their next order. Shipping provider delays to not fall under Harp Baits LLC’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the orders status.

DAMAGED ORDERS
Harp Baits LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed into the hand of the shipping carrier. If your product(s) is lost or arrived damaged, please contact us so that we may further assist you.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Orders cannot be shipped to anywhere outside of the United States of America, Hawaii, & Alaska.
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the U.S. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different method.
